It sounds like you are looking for the Supertop NX, part # B5472015 which is a replacement top that includes all of the bow hardware, the door surrounds, tailgate bar and windshield channel. The front portion of the roof can fold back, like a sunroof. Door skins are not included.

That looks very much like an older Blue Ox base plate. We do offer the Replacement attachment tabs # BLU37XR which are made specifically for the Blue Ox base plate # BX1976 for a 2010 Jeep Liberty. People should never mess with a mans vehicle. For replacement side windows for the rear I have included a link to the options. There are different windows for different soft top roofs but they come in kits. Just one side is not available by itself.
